I should have read the earlier review. I left 3 items for repair. The first was fine and finished in one day. The second was a pair of earrings which were broken during the repair and returned to me as loose hanging pieces of metal instead of the lockets they used to be. The third was supposed to be sent out for an estimate. Three months later I reclaimed it----it was never sent out, and the store employee had to search for 15 minutes even to locate it----nothing had been done in all that time. I was relieved to get it back at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR JEWELRY.
