I had my ring sized down few months ago, when they said they checked the stones.
The stone they fixed though fell off. When went back today manager was not there and Tiffany was very mean.
They did a very poor job, they overcharged for service and they treated very bad their customer.
Do not spend your money there!

Went to go get my ring resized to two sizes bigger and paid $250 ... My wedding rings only lasted me a yr and now they are broken! They could have mentioned that would happen but of course they didn't! Plus their prices are steep...

Nathan at the Stonebriar location is absolutely fabulous and saved my life this past Friday. He should be promoted, his actions were customer service at its best. I have been to other locations of this chain but this will be my go to and should be yours to. The situation is my 13 yr old son bought me a necklace with his birthday money 2 wks ago costing almost $100 which was most of his money I found out after the fact. I am a widow so I don't get nice gifts anymore. Long story short I broke the necklace letting him out of the car for choir practice. Ran to the mall to Nathan very close to closing I couldn't replace the chain or leave it because my son would know and it would break his heart. Nathan smile told me not to worry and said let me see what I can do. He gently took it from me to his work area. And came back a couple of minutes later with a smile and the repaired necklace. I was so happy I could have given him a million dollars. Nathan said it was just a link and wouldn't charge me. I am a proud woman and asked 2 times to pay he said no and thanked me for coming in and told me to have a great weekend. WOW, so I felt I had to pay his kindness forward. Go to Stonebriar location if you need Jewelry fixed ask for Nathan and tell him the frantic Friday night mom with the birthday necklace sent you and said this is her small thanks.

The employees were extremely rude and dishonest. I took my watch in for a new battery, which was 19.99 and the guy I was working with behind the counter took my watch apart and told me I had a bad pin inside of it and to get a new pin would be an additional 19.99 to fix. I'm not a person to be rough with my personal items so I knew the guy was trying to scam me. I told him just put the pin back inside and I'll go elsewhere. The Fax Fix employee put the pin back inside, in a way that my watch was now falling apart and the pin was sticking out sharply enough that it could rip clothing. I left the store and saw this so I returned to tell him he was wrong and being dishonest and that he needed to fix what he's done to my watch. The guy didn't even put up a fight. He knew he was wrong, so he told another employee to fix what he did as he went to the back of the store to work on another task. He had his back turned towards me the rest of the time I was in the store. I guess he was embarrassed about being caught in a lie. I've never dealt with this kind of customer service before. i was really disgusted with this employee.

I would rename this business to "Not Fast and Not Fix" Jewelry and Watch Repair. I just went to this business on Thursday, August 24th at 200pm for them to change the battery on my Gassan watch.
I brought my watch in to simply have a new battery inserted into it. At first the young man started pitching me on the great program that they had to change the watch battery for my watch on an ongoing basis. I looked at him and said "no, just change the battery" for my watch. Honestly, I didn't want to hear a pitch and wanted them to simply just change my watch battery!
The young man told me that it would take 1/2 an hour to change the battery. I have taken watches into other jewelry shops and normally they change it on the spot. I thought "ok, maybe they are really busy. I will just walk around the mall". A 1/2 hour later, I came back to the store and asked the young man if my watch was ready. He looked in the boxes and said yes and pulled it out and gave it to me. I gave him my charge card and he proceeded to charge my credit card.
He put my watch on the holder and I noticed something odd about it. I had given my watch to them and the time on it was 12:05. The time on the watch that they were giving back to me was 12:05! My first thought was "gee how lazy is this group? They do not have the time to put the right time on my watch? That sure is awful customer service!" I picked up my watch and started to set it at the correct time of 235pm.
The young man came to me and said hold on. He took my watch and brought it back to the watch repair person. Yes, they did not change the battery!!! Wow!!!! YIKES!!!
The young man did not say anything and simply charged my account and asked me to sign. There was no apology or nothing. I will NEVER go back to this business. Trust is important in any business transaction. I lost respect when they did not change the time on the watch and trust when they did not change the battery nor apologize!!
Maybe they had a bad day, but gee changing a battery on a watch and not doing it? In my former career, they would call this stealing. Charging and not performing a service = stealing.
Do not go to this place....
