I could not have been happier with the prompt service and attention to detail that I received today! I took an item in to the store and was told it would be ready on Thursday and they called a couple hours later and said it was ready today! HOW AWESOME!!! I am really pleased!

I took watch in 1 yr ago. Fix stem new glass. Everything was fine until I had to change day and date, stem came right out. Had a ring cut off due to finger injury. They fixed ring and insisted I need the diamonds (38) fittings checked $120 extra total bill $360. 4 months later noticed diamond fell out. They replaced. 3 weeks later noticed where ring was repaired came apart. They fixed that. Now...just noticed my watch's stem fell out no longer working. I used to like this place but they piss me off. Careless half ads work

Took a Tag watch in to get cleaned. Picked it up and didn’t look clean. Questioned the staff on if it was clean or not. They looked at it and I scratched dirt off of it in front of them, and the guy just said “well that’s as clean as I can get it” and walked off. Rude staff, will not be doing business there moving forward.

Probably a very good watch battery and repair service. However not going to pay $50 to replace a battery in a Fossil 'Twist'. Offered them $25 and they just smiled :) Will send it to Fossil and pay $19, thank you very much
