My family and I have been going to Quickset for more than 10 years. They always do a great job with my watch battery replacements and any jewelry repairs. Overall, they have wonderful customer service and fair pricing.

I have been using Quikset for about 18 years.  Always friendly, fast service and very reasonable prices.  I even had them copy a ring design that broke and it came out perfect!  Best jewelry repair place in Plano!

Excellent service. Very helpful. Took a bit long for bracelet repair one time and there was no charge. Highly recommend.

I have been using them for jewelry repair for years!  They have also updated & redesigned several older pieces of jewelry that I was no longer wearing.  They have always been reliable and reasonably priced & I have no qualms in leaving them with my good gems.   Linda Bucy
