Very rude phone service, abruptly refused to give their repair prices over the phone, not even a range or ballpark. Treating a customer rudely over the phone tells me exactly how they would treat my work. Too much competition to take the risk and be treated poorly.

I was looking this great store up for my wife and realized I have never given them a review. I have been going to On The Spot Jewelry & Watch Repair for many years. They have always given me the best service and treated me very fairly on pricing. I would never go anywhere else. I trust them to do good work 100% of the time.

I went last week and had some links taken off my watch and bracelet. Service is excellent! They were so careful with my jewelry. I definitely recommend them!!

After years of Being a loyal customer, they won’t warranty their work, and their prices have gone through the roof. My recommendation, look elsewhere
