Excellent Customer Service... I was there to have the battery replaced on my Citizen Dive Pro watch.  They replaced it while I waited, in less than 10 minutes.  Great Location on 4848 Lemmon Ave.  Thanks, I will return for additional watch and jewelry repairs.

I took in several watches for batteries and they took care of it on the spot. I needed a new leather strap and she ordered the right kind at a great price and did a great job changing it over. They were courteous, fast and efficient. I am grateful for the great service and will come back again.

This is amazing...I call their business...prompt answer...simple to the detail explanation given and upon arrival no hanky panky...in and out fast with a little chitter chatter about England !
Carol Creech is a delightful person and her staff of jewellers very efficient...Great Job guys and doll !!

I had requested a free hand leaf design on my wedding band and they did an incredible job. The craftsmanship is impeccable and the customer service is also very good. I can't wait to be married and wear it forever. Thank you!!

A month ago I came in to have the batteries in my Tag Heuer watch replaced. The lovely gentleman behind the counter did this in no time flat for the cost of the batteries only (because I was brand new to the Dallas area and a Harvey evacuee.) He made me feel so welcome to the area. I am going back today to get the band to the same watch repaired because I unfortunately broke it yesterday. I will update this review when I'm done.
