Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

I took my watch in for a repair of a broken crystal. I was quoted a price and time frame. From same day to one week depending on wether they had the part needed. I was sent a text maybe ten minutes later to inform me that my watch was repaired and ready for pick up. Fast. Friendly. Fair. I recommend Fast-Fix @ Flatiron Crossing!! Thanks Fast-Fix for making my watch look new again! I would have been lost without my watch.

I swear I break my watches just to visit w/ Sean. Needless to say my Swatch watch collection is little by little making its way into Fast-Fix Jewelry. I recall my visit like it was yesterday. Sean said, "Hold on Alejandro. Let me get my tools." At that moment I knew I was gonna get it. He proceeded to open up my Swatch Watch to replace the battery. As he wiped the sweat from his brow as he used his hawk-like gaze to remove the battery for my watch. It was like watching a stallion on roller skates gliding across the dance floor. You could see his nipples were hard through his neon green mesh half shirt. I didn't know whether to walk away, or to jump over it and enjoy a warm embrace just to feel those hard icicles pressing against my chest. Upon completion he flexed for me & said, "What time is it? It's GO time!" At that moment I grew faint but was able to hold my composure & thank him for a job well done. I am forever grateful, however my 13 year old nephew seemed confused by the entire ordeal. Again, great job Sean!!

I took my engagement ring here to get resized. I was nervous at first just because I love my ring so much but the staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel good about it. They finished it quickly and I was so impressed when I picked it up. It looks like it was never touched but now it fits perfectly. They did an excellent job and I would absolutely take any other jewelry there and recommend others do to.

The band on my favorite bracelet broke and I didn’t think it was fixable. I took it in to Fast Fix. The customer service was excellent. They fixed it that very day at a reasonable cost. I will definitely go back if I need other repairs. Nice employees too!!
