Right Time Watches

Recently Purchased a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air-King, above MINT condition and was very well maintained. Did everything to make sure I was happy while there. I've read many of the reviews here and still went in to decide for myself, I recommend you do so as well before reading the BS on the web ;)

I had these guys size and set the time on my brand new invicta grand diver reserve watch. These guys left it open it got water insidr costing me hundreds of dollars in repairs and laughed at me on the phone about it. Smh.

I’ve purchased, and traded several thousands of dollars of watches through Right Time. They’ve always been fair on my transactions. I recently went in and wanted to trade a watch that I had purchased 3 months earlier, and worn twice. I acquired the watch for close to $2000 new. I wanted to trade it for a watch that was that was $1000.(I should note that both watches are Seiko, and Right Time is the largest Seiko dealer in Colorado) I was seriously offended when they offered me $600, for my Seiko Astron (a very mint and and new version of the Astron). I also let the staff know my disappointment, and their general response was translated as “So what, have a nice day) Long and short, they lost a very good client and a “word of mouth” advertiser of their Company. Extremely disappointed, and will transact my business elsewhere!

Replaced a battery in less than 5 minutes and was very informative on other watches. Great spot!

My husband visited this store today in an attempt to find a new watch band and for his Citizen’s watch. He was unable to find one. However, they were extremely helpful, telling him exactly what he will need to do to order one directly from the company. They spent all this extra time to help him even though they were not making a sale.
