Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

We had previously taken my husband’s watch to a mall kiosk to see if they were able to repair it. The person at the kiosk changed the battery and wasn’t able to get it to work (or put the backing back on). So we decided to try Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair and they were absolutely fantastic! Quick, reliable, and knowledgeable! We brought it in just to see what the problem was, and it ended up just needing a new battery and clearing some corrosion from the old battery! All of the staff was more than helpful and we’ll definitely be back for future watch and jewelry repair needs!

Amy was extremely knowledgeable fast and friendly. She custom fit my watch and treated it as though it was around. We also consulted with her about gold jewelry and other services provided by Fast-Fix we will definitely be going back there for future jewelry and watch needs. We also need work done on o’clock and she gave us a contact who would more than likely be able to help us get it fixed. Overall great experience.

I was shopping at the mall and I saw something fall to the ground!! I looked and it was my favorite earning. I found the other piece and I remembered there was a watch repair shop at park Meadows where I was shopping. I took it there and showed them and they said not a problem!!!! I was so excited and relieved that they were able to help me out. The employees all of them there were all friendly and so willing to help me out. Thanks so very much for making my day!!!! I had two Omega watches that needed the bracelets adjusted. One needed a half link removed and the other needed the leather strap replaced with the stainless bracelet and an extra link added. Amy did all of the above quickly, with a level of professionalism that rivals Been Bridge or others... She finished while I waited and was a true pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to go back for any watch needs.

By far the easiest and most customer-oriented business I've dealt with in decades. I was in and out, in just a few minutes, for less than it would have cost me to just ship my watch back to the manufacturer, and my watch was completely repaired. Going here is a no-brainer. The manufacturer wanted me to read a convoluted manual, that didn't apply to my watch. They then wanted me to return my watch, after making me go through a ridiculous phone tree and finally talking to a rep, who didn't know the product. I couldn't even get the retailer on the phone. I wish I had saved myself the time and frustration, and just stopped in here. Btw, the manufacturer wanted $28, after paying to ship it to their service center, just to look at it and mail it back, for a warranty repair.
