I recently got married and was gifted some diamond earrings my father purchased here many, many years ago. I wanted to get them insured and contacted William Crow to see about an updated appraisal. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and said they could do it, no problem. A few days later I received the appraisal in the mail along with a bill for $20 that was not mentioned. I contacted William Crow saying that no one mentioned this and was told I could disregard. But a few weeks later I got another bill with interest added, and was becoming upset. Had I known there would have been a charge, I would have paid it up front and called it good. When I called to ask about this further, the manager was busy. He called me back the next day and said he was “taking care of ‘paying’ customers”. I explained my point of view, he said let’s scrap the fee in exchange for me never shopping there again. I told him that’s fine because we haven’t been there in years, he responded “I’m not surprised”... Not only do I not even live in the same city anymore, but they have since added me to their mailing list. All of this correspondence was with the manager, Mike Jaster. I just can’t believe a long-standing Denver business would treat someone this way.

Jeff who fixes watches is the best. I’ve come here for years and he really knows his stuff, this is the best place in the city to get watch work done cheap and on the fly!

Brought in 4 watches and left in 15 min! These guys are so nice and great prices. They are in the building on 16th st mall. Highly recommended.

I brought in an engagement ring to get resized that had to be done by a certain day. They were able to rush my order (at no extra charge) and it was actually done a day earlier than they promised! Which anyone with a new engagement ring know, every day without it counts. :)They were very friendly and the ring looks and fits great. Don't let the look of the shop fool you, they do great work!
