Matheu's Fine Watches & Jewelry

Just a quick note about my brief time in the store. I had ventured in to ask about having a Rolex serviced and Scott (owner) took the time to come out and have a conversation with me personally. We discussed the repair and then Scott offered his opinion on the current value of the watch as it had increased significantly recent years. Thanks to Scott and his friendly advice I was made aware of the increased value and was able to procure a buyer and make a very nice profit on my investment. It was the "extra" time and customer service that Scott invested that stood out. Very nice experience and I will be back for watch and jewelry needs.

The people that work at the store are spectacular. However, they have had a hard time getting one of my watches fixed. I will use them for all my watch repairs including battery changes for quartz watches. I have about 185 watches so I am always on the lookout for great watch people and Matheu’s is one of the best.

Run, don’t walk, to Matheu’s if you’re in the market for a new watch or piece of jewelry. My experience here was absolutely top-notch. Scott and his staff were incredibly helpful and patient with me- I went from designing, to choosing their custom piece, to finally ordering something from one of the many high-end designers they carry. My purchase was sentimental and they were extremely sensitive and conscience about making sure that what I got was perfect. As an added bonus, it was a really fun process and they made time for me- I never felt rushed. That being said, I picked up my new piece today and already began talking with them about my next piece (this time they will be designing something for me). My husband also had his eye on a Rolex as we left, so I imagine I’ll be back to purchase something for him as well!! A++

I purchased a Raymond Weil watch at this shop and have been extremely pleased every time I've gone back to have a battery replaced. I have also taken another watch to have batteries replaced. They're always ready when promised. I highly recommend Matheu's

Nice selection of quality watches! Had a great experience! Very hapy with the purchase of my unique ORIS Divers 65 bronze bezel. Friendly staff! I highly recommend checking them out! I know my next watch/jewelry purchase will be with them!
