My husband and I wandered in one day to discover this gem of a jewelry store! Melissa and Jeremy have utmost quality watches one can desire. They also carry the world renowned Louis Glick diamonds!!!!!! My favorite diamond! Every time we come to town, we can't wait to go to Oster Jewelers.

Came across Oster as my local Audemars dealer looking for a Royal Oak Offshore watch. Trevor was informative and educated me on some of the features of the watch. The watch was new for 2017 and super hard to get. I could have purchased at a boutique in Vegas or another dealer in Dallas. Both locations didn't take me serious in what I was looking for. Oster didn't "pre-qualify" and treated me like a serious buyer. I decided to wait as I placed a deposit for a watch with a unknown delivery time. It took 5 months and I feel it was worth the wait. It was worth dealing dealing with people that worked with me on a fair price. It was worth waiting for the top notch customer service that I received. It was worth the wait dealing with people that cared about what was important to me. I received updates with information on delivery even though it was limited. There was no pressure and both Jeremy and Trevor provided me with a serious watch at a fair price. They just made a customer for life.
