My husband and I went in to get our rings sized for our wedding. He had the rings done in 3 days and they look beautiful. Very good personality. They offer free ring cleaning! I am impressed by how accommodating the business is. Way better than shopping at bigger corporations. I like the personal attention.

Family run shop with service that is really hard to find these days. I went looking for my first real watch. Didn't know what I wanted, but I knew the look i was going for. Scott educated me and was very patient with all my questions. Ended up with a beautiful Citizen that will give a lifetime of service! Super happy with the process and I'm sure it will not be the last watch I buy from Scott!

These folks are awesome! Let me tell you: they are very personable and professional. The prices for watches/clocks are reasonable and getting little things done, like removing links in your watch are done quickly! I was able to talk to their kids and see the interaction between them and their parents! I was so happy to see a family at work - teaching their kids the value of hard work. This is the place to go if you need a gift or if you are looking to have some repairs done.

Scott was a true gentleman. Not only was he cordial inviting, offering extensive knowledge of how watch his work, he hooked up my battery replacement for free! Even if I had paid, his prices are super reasonable. If you need to get a watch repaired or a piece of jewelry resized, etc., go to his humble shop.

Scott did an excellent job taking care of my treasured (but not very expensive) Timex, giving me a level of customer service I would expect when working on a $3000 timepiece rather than a $30 watch. I got a new band and a battery change done in minutes, and had a great conversation with him while he worked. I will definitely be back.
