Exceptional service is an understatement when it come to the service at Trice jewelers. I new exactly what type of diamond I was looking for and I shopped around for months. I was actually reading reviews about another jewelry store and I happened to read a great review about Trice so I decided to take the hour drive. It was the best decision I made. They are honest and they made my experience very enjoyable. The quality and prices of their jewelry is great! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'm sending all my friends and family to Trice.

Looking back on the process of designing and purchasing an engagement ring and an eternity band that incorporated family stones for my now wife, I could not imagine using anyone other than Trice Jewelers. While not many folks have the opportunity to work with Justin, the owner, directly during the ring process, I was lucky enough to be introduced to him through a mutual friend. Justin could have easily connected me to someone on his staff who I am sure would have been great to work with. Instead, Justin met with me each time I came into the store and helped me through each step of the process, educating me on various elements of the ring selection process and helping me build the perfect rings using our family stones. Not only did he exhibit incredible patience sitting down with members of my family throughout the process, but once I finally proposed, he met with my wife to help her resize, adjust and make sure everything was perfect. I am not much of a jewelry guy myself, but with the help of Justin, I was able to pick out the perfect men's wedding band that was subtle and sleek, which was one of the coolest parts of the process. He helped us see the entire thing through rather than forgetting about me once I bought the rings for my wife. I don't often write reviews online, but with Justin and Trice, I feel inclined to spread the word at how professional and enjoyable the process was. Wanting something more unique, Trice’s full custom engagement ring was the perfect fit. Ben Slack was not only extremely knowledgeable about the diamonds themselves but was also able to guide me through the entire process without making me feel overwhelmed. I highly recommend both Trice and Ben! Happy to say I ended up with a truly one of a kind ring that I absolutely love and my fiancé couldn’t be happier!!

Ben and the staff at Trice has gone above and beyond with their service. Ben and I worked together for about 8 months looking for rings. Once we found the perfect ring, Ben went a step further with assisting me in my proposal. Everything went according to plan, and I have to thank Ben and the entire staff for all of their diligent efforts.

Helen and Lisa were great with answering all of my questions and helping me select the right stone/setting. Just as importantly, they weren't pushy at all when it came to making the sale. Good value for money compared to competitors I met with. Very happy overall.
