Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

I always bring my watches in for battery replacements and they have always provided fast and friendly service. Last year I had David Little and his staff make a one of a kind engagement ring for me. The ring came out better than I could have ever imagined. My fiance loves it and I'm so thankful for a job well done. These guys are amazing! So much more than battery replacements and repairs. They are fine jewellers and skilled craftsmen! I have and will also recommend them. Thank you for being a vital part of one of my happiest life moments!

The owner was very correct to remedy a mistake caused by their newest employee. I requested a quote prior to service and was never called. I was puzzled initially by the overestimate of my quartz watch, being charged a premium price. When I received notification the piece was ready for pick-up without receiving a quote, I called on my way back from work. I was relieved to learn that since I was not informed of the charge prior to service the charge was removed. Undoubtedly, there was a mistake in assuming my consent. I am satisfied by the service of management and of the owner. When picking up the watch at around 845PM, the only time I was available to retrieve this, I was completely shocked by the defensiveness of the new employee and the unfounded accusation of harassment. When a customer is concerned about being unjustly charged and requests clarification, this is not harassment. I do not judge a store by its newest employee, and of course I am not offended by this ungrounded accusation. I do expect to inform management that such attitude and immature accusation will most likely not be good for retaining customers.

I was really happy with my experience here. Super friendly staff, fair price, and they did an impeccable job resizing my engagement ring. I was told by several area jewelers that it would take 2 weeks to get my ring back, so having it back in a matter of hours made me ecstatic! I would definitely go back in the future.

Saw plenty of excellent reviews on Yelp so decided to give them a try as they were very conveniently located within the Cherry Creek Mall. I was greeted almost immediately upon entering and had my watch band sized literally within minutes. Well done Fast-Fix. Thank you David especially for being both helpful and friendly. Will certainly do business again.

My 7 year old has a watch he is so proud of but he lost the watch band pin. These days they’re impossible to find in a store. Went into Fast Fix and they put a new pin in right then and didn’t charge us for it! Said they’re happy to see a young person wearing a watch. Great place and great service!
