Touching experience. I visited the site interested in learning more about Billy The Kid, but ended up learning more about the history of the Apache and Navajo people that were brought to the site. The experience was well worth the trip. I recommend that anyone traveling through go the extra distance and experience it for yourself.

An amazing and informative memorial to the "Navajo Long Walk". If you have never heard of this history of our country, like me, please visit. You will be humbled to learn this treatment of native Indians was all happening in the shadow of the Civil War.
