My husband and I rented a house from Gulfbelt Realty for 6 years. Gulfbelt is the best property management company I’ve ever used. They are friendly, make repairs ASAP and operate with a high level of integrity. When we decided to purchase the house we had been renting, John Napper made sure he didn’t cut our real estate agent out of the deal and that she made a great commission on the house. They worked seamlessly together with our mortgage agent and we closed on the house in 28 days including business days. John even made sure that a driveway repair we requested was complete after closing. I will definitely recommend Gulfbelt Properties to everyone who needs property management, a rental property or to sell a property. Thank you John and team!!!

On Monday (May 28, 2018) I had my water heater bust in my house. While It was a holiday and Gulfbelt was closed I called them and was able to get both a plumber to replace water heater and someone to come out to extract the water immediately upon calling. On Tuesday morning one of Gulfbelt maintenance technician Les was at my house at 8 a.m. to inspect everything that had taken place the day before and to make sure I was completely satisfied. While these actions may be expected and routine for management companies I just wanted to share my appreciation.

Cannot say enough about our experience with Gulfbelt Properties. We leased a house from them for several years. They were always responsive when we had an issue and extremely friendly. Highly recommend them for your property management needs. They are the BEST!

All this just happened within 5 weeks or so. Currently living with rats in the apt and the building, a broken fridge, a broken sink, decaying floors, roaches and termites. Week 4 without our fridge, just this week had a maintenance guy finally come out, only bc I brought a dead rat up to their office. All they did was plug some holes with poison and foam...pics to come. The holes that weren't foamed just hammered trim board over, cus the rats won't get through that! The sink was rigged back together and a new fridge was promised...here we are sitting without basic ammenties that we pay for. When I called the office and asked if the fridge would be a sure thing next week, the office lady laughed and said nothing is ever a sure thing. I looked up the definition of slumlords and guess whose filthy name and picture shows up, Gulfbelt. This company should be ashamed of itself for charging people to live amongst rats, mold, roaches, illegal plumbing, termites, mold, rotten decaying floors. I have doctor's visits to prove we have become sick living here.

Seriously the best experience dealing with a management company. Responsive to calls and emails and put my mind at ease when any issues came up.
