Over priced, low quality apartments and will smack you with a ridiculous move out charges. Unfortunately they monopolize the apartment scene in Tuscaloosa so they screw over a lot of students.

This company really monopolizes on college students in Tuscaloosa. The apartments are old and not up to date what so ever, no matter what property you visit. The prices are too high to have 1983 kitchen cabinets still in them. They believe in Santa,  but not renovations!
