I tried finding an apartment for the fall, so I went by Peerless and they were so helpful and friendly! Hopefully they'll have the one I want by then because of the great deals on some of their apartments. I'd definitely recommend you go there.

Tried renting from them but it was a huge hassle and ended up not doing it. We had to move quickly across the country so I could start a new job. At first it was easy: they sent us a contract to fill out, sign, and email back. We did that no problem. Then for days afterwards they would continue to tell us they needed us to sign/do something else. We couldn't figure out why everything we needed to do wasn't was given to us up front. After working with them over a period of two weeks we got an email saying that we needed to sign one more thing or we couldn't move in. However, we were driving to Alabama and in the middle of Kansas (as we had told them we would be). In the end we didn't have a place to move into when we go here. We've been staying in hotels. It's probably for the best since our rental was expensive and we have found cheaper and better places to live. Would not recommend this company.

Ok where to start ,well customer service doesn't exist at this office . Very rude and unprofessional So don't lease there !! Turn around time on a application is about 2 weeks unacceptable All over just not good business. I work in a customer service field myself and I never experienced something like this. So whoever is the owner of this company needs to really get better staffing . Stay away- I can just imaged having a problem with the apt like maintenance repair . Good Luck
