I don't even know where to begin. I was going to use them to sell my house after my tenant moved out but the lack of communication left me with little confidence in their ability. I never really had complaints while they managed the property. Mostly because all they had to do was collect rent. After the tenant moved out, I repeatedly sent emails asking for an update on the condition of the house. I never received an answer, only that the house was being painted. After two or three weeks I informed them I would not be using them to list my house and picked up the keys. At this point I discovered the previous tenant had caused major damage to appliances, carpet, etc. If I had known this when I asked the first time I could have already had it repaired. Instead I had to spend two more weeks getting the house to a marketable condition. I also could not get an answer on the remaining money in my account after deducting for the repairs they performed. I was instead told they legally have 60 days to return any money. After 45 days I asked why it was taking so long. I was then informed that I do not have any money left over after the charge for painting which was over $1000. The company that painted (Sevol Maintenance) does not provide a phone number on their invoice so I have no way to find out exactly what they did. They did not paint the bathrooms, closest or laundry room. They only touched up some places in the living room (with the wrong kind of paint so it had to be redone). That would only leave bedrooms and kitchen which I doubt would cost 1000 to paint. Its a small townhouse. So unfortunately, since this company does not even exist in google, I will have to leave their bad review with PMI.

No serious complaints as a tenant. Always available during office hours. Online payment service allows for easy rent payment. Changed payment services midway through lease that caused me incur an additional $25 charge for paying online, but did not inform me of change or additional costs. Had AC problems one evening during August, and had to leave a message with an emergency phone service. PMI set up repair services for the following day, and made sure to follow up to make sure AC was working properly. Overall, professional service who keeps to themselves unless you need them.

Jessica only wants your money!!! She makes promises to take care of issues that she will never fix. She's always saying sorry but never fixes the problems. I've been renting property for 5 months for $950 and on my move in inspection list she told me to write down any issues that I found and she would contact the owner and have work orders completed. Well it's been months and only two issues have been completed and one has reoccurred. I am currently dealing with mold and mildew issues that were reported along with photos to the office...its been a week and no one has been out to my property to address the issue. I have lizards coming into my home through cracks in the doors which I have asked her to have repaired still nothing from her but I'll contact the owner. THINK TWICE BEFORE CONTACTING PMI FOR RENTAL PROPERTY!!!

This company is not home owner friendly. Jessica is not prompt. You will find yourself doing a lot of the property "managing" yourself. I got more help from her assistant Alicia than I did her. I have always had to call to get answers to situations with my home. I cannot think of one time that she had actually been prompt and got ahead of the curveball before it became a problem. You will come out better managing your own property or finding someone else dependable. This company should not be called a "property management" company. It should be called "I will collect the rent from your tenant and take my fee and not much else."
