My mom continues to have electrical issues at her rental on Patty Lane but management refuses to determine and solve ongoing problems. Tonight her A/C has gone out "again" and I cannot locate an after hours contact number; due to breathing difficulties she requires the A/C. It seems as though the team at Barber Properties is happy to take monthly rent but unresponsive when it comes to upkeep or support of units. They prefer instead to ignore or attempt to force renters out who demand the services they pay for...
