I absolutely recommend Prestige for your property management solution. Due to PCS I recently needed a property management company. I was hesitant about Prestige from some of the reviews, but honestly the other companies didn't have any better reviews so I took chance. I worked with Melody Mason to establish management of my townhouse. The staff was very friendly and she made the process as painless as possible. I also recently had trouble with a landlord unrelated to Prestige. I called Melody for her expert opinion. She not only gave advice, but agreed to meet me at the property for a consultation. She did not have to go out of her way, but did and helped out tremendously. What more could you ask for in taking care of customers. From what i can tell the major complaints against Prestige property management were prior to Melody taking over as Senior Property Manager. I can't speak for the other companies in Enterprise, but I can absolutely endorse Prestige. This is not a plant review. We rented through this agency, Theresa being our property manager and she was absolutely awful. She didn't come out and show us the property upon our arrival, we had to get the keys from her office and then drive to the property ourselves. It was not cleaned, painted, or repaired. I notated all of that in our move-in paperwork, and my husband requested someone come fix our washing machine and it never happened so he had to fix it himself. During our 2 years there, Theresa never checked on us, which we thought was very odd and worrisome for ANYONE that would choose to have Prestige manage their property. I emailed Theresa at one point about a rotting tree in the back yard and if we could remove it, she said she would email the owner, but then never got back to me and during the next storm this 15 ft tree fell over in the back yard. We had to spend the next weekend digging the roots out, hand sawing it to pieces and replanting grass. We also had an issue with our air conditioner not working, the company came to repair it but didn't properly fix it and Prestige tried to charge us for it, and two months later our unit flooded. Upon move out, Theresa had VERY poor communication, what took my other property managers a day to sign and handle, took her weeks if not longer. We were in another country and it was over a month later before she gave us back our security deposit. Not professional, not timely. Upon speaking with other people in the area that have rented through Prestige, having issues is a common thread. I was told by workers that came to fix our air conditioner that Prestige homes requested them to not speak about any issues with the unit with the tenants, which I thought was odd because if it was something we did, I'd like to know so it doesn't happen again. He said it was their way of controlling the tenants disputing costs. Then the move out cleaner informed me that she hasn't been getting paid by Prestige homes and they were weeks behind. They aren't being recommended by the military community.

We recently rented a property through this agency and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience we had. The approval process was quick and painless, and their property selection was top-notch. All that being said, their customer service was really what set Prestige above their competitors. Prestige was the last agency we visited and right off the bat, I knew we would be giving them our business. Where other agencies treated us as if it was a burden to assist us (or just looked at us like we were from another planet), Prestige immediately made themselves available in every way to help. I don’t remember all the names of the agents who came to our assistance (it really was a group effort), the entire staff made it a pleasure to work with them. Bottom line this is the only property management company I would recommend. Period. Thanks Prestige.

Beware: worst property management company I have ever used! I do not even know where to begin to describe how horrible there service was. Everytime i called i was directed to a new person and told my last management associate no longer worked there. They were constantly late on paying me the rental dues. They will never reply to calls or emails, pretty sure they just delete them and say F*** them I'm not returning their call. I don't even know what they do because my property was in very rough condition when it was returned to me. This is my warning proceed at your own risk.

Great company to rent from. They fixed every issue we had and never gave us the impression of being an inconvenience. Vicki was always accessible. They fixed our air conditioner immediately during the hot summer on the same day. Great experience from leasing to move out!
