Terrible place in general! Would never recommend this place to anybody! I would give them 0 stars if possible!

They are the management company that has the property across the street from me and they do not care if the tenant is a disruption to the neighbor. I have filed a complaint so many time that they don’t seem to care. They will not manage your property. I wouldn’t let them manage my dog house or would I buy a home from them. If you see there sign in the yard as a the renting company RUN and tell the home owner they need to find another company..

My name is Reno Sims, We have been renting a home from Sun Realty. and in the 6 months we have been there. they come and snoop around with out a notice and when I have a issue and I call for help and answers Ellen and all the staff hang up on you cause they refuse to help. my account was set up for autopay. there system malfunctioned and did not take my payment. I explained it was there system that malfunctioned, and she assured me it wasn't and that I would have to pay a late fee. I have payed on time every month and have got nothing but headache and grief from these people. my advise listen to your customers and don't call them liars when they tell you the system you force them to use has malfunctioned and I don't owe a late fee. cant wait for my lease to be up so I can be done with these crooks!
