Hallie Ford Museum of Art

This is a medium sized museum that has much to offer art enthusiasts. The exhibits change regularly, and it has had many impressive shows. The private collection of contemporary and historical works is also very impressive. The Hallie Ford Art Museum is located near the state capitol and Willamette University. During our visit, the exhibits were of art created by native Americans and art that showed the sun, moon or stars.

I like this place so much that I got the $100 membership. I'm more interested in Northwest art than other art. I'm grateful that this museum is a part of our lives.

Not completely finished yet all the exhibitions and areas but very knowledgeable friendly staff and good parking. Could use more promotions.

There was a whole wall of a projector video of a woman eating corn with obnoxious sound, is this art? And it cost me three dollars. There where a couple cool paintings though.

Visiting Oregon for a small vacation came to this Museum and there was a lady at the door greeting us and gave us a run down of the facility she was very nice especially once we told her we were from California. Really nice museum highly recommend!!
