Hangers Williams Cleaners

I was excited to find a cleaners close to home and quick turn around. My first cleaning was great, but every time since then it has progressively gotten worse. I have found random spots on my clothes that weren't there when I dropped them off. They even claimed they couldn't clean stains out of a white shirt that They put there and nobody there told me i found out after i had paid and got home to find a note on them. My dress shirts have shrunk and come back covered in what I'm praying is just starch. I will not be taking my stuff there ever again!

I usually go to pine valley location but i tried to use this location lately because of work. The lady tells me that the DRIVE THRU is only for people with "hanger bags" purchased through them for Quick Drop off. Will not try this location again

Lost my clothes, didn't seem interested in finding them. Had to drive from Market Street to College Road to collect them. They were unapologetic.

In over 20 years I have never had my clothes stapled by a dry cleaners until dealing with Hangers. Even spoke with them and asked them to not put staples in my clothes and they continued.

Really disappointing that you would NOT be able to locate someone's dresses they brought into your business. Dresses for a college graduation! Come on YOU can do better than that! You claim you have 60 years experience!
