Williams Cleaners

I would have given this business a negative star if I could. I have been a customer of this rude, unprofessional cleaners for over a year, only because of location. I will never return to this facility. I brought a ROTC uniform in on Tuesday. Returned to pick it up on Thursday at 2:40 PM. The lady told me it was not there but was on the way. I expressed the fact that I was in a hurry so that I could pick my daughter up from school which is a half hour away and i could not get back to the cleaners before they closed. I paid for the service so that you could grab the item and leave. 3:15, after both trucks arrived, my uniform was not on it. The driver said he delivered it yesterday. The lady who knew I was late and knew I needed the uniform TODAY for my daughter to attend the military ball, goes back to where she initially looked, and sure enough it was there the entire time!!! None of the staff was in a hurry to hand me my item and they were unappoligetic but they were quick to take my money, even before I received my item.

I wasn't exactly impressed with my tablecloths. My fiance and I had some tablecloths pressed here for our wedding because we were told by an ex-employee that they were the only cleaners in town that had a industrial press big enough to run our size table cloths through so that they didn't have any folds or wrinkles. I was very clear with them that this was the reason I was there, and they were very clear with me that it would only have one fold from hanging on a hanger. When I received them, I didn't have time to argue with them, but they had been folded 4 or 5 times so they had all the folds we didn't want and we paid twice as much as we would at the other place I was looking at doing them but didn't have an industrial press, and that is almost perfectly accurate ($15 per vs. $8 per). We still had the steam and iron most of them lightly before the wedding 😠

I recently stopped in this location to get a jacket cleaned and pressed. While they had shut down their operation for the day, they called around and found a store that could help me over near Eastwood road. The lady was waiting for me when I got there, and while they could not clean the jacket on such short notice, they did steam it out for me. In this day when people tend not to go out of their way for others, the employees at both locations did exactly that, trying to help a customer. I was very pleased with their effort to help me out of a situation I had created myself by waiting so late to take the jacket in. I recommend Williams Cleaners to all of you and I will be using them in the future.

I took three women blouses in to be laundry because I thought they wouldn't be no more than $8 for all three because I had one cleaned for $2.85 before. But today the other two were charge $6 each because they said they dry clean them because of the directions. Well I read both directions, the blouses could have been wash and press as the other blouse. The wash and pressed blouse looks better than the dry cleaned ones.

The worst display of a daddy leaving the business he built to his sons! These BOYS have no business acumen or professionalism! Ruined two quality shirts and tried to blame it on the manufacturer or retail location.
