Williams Cleaners

Dropped off my suit and girlfriends dress to be cleaned. Noticed when I got home the dress was missing (this was a Monday). Stopped in the next morning (Tuesday) and discovered that they don't clean clothes on site and they're sent off to another location, and it wasn't in the store. Left my number for them to call me back with an update. Waited until about 3:30 that same day and called back and they were "still looking at two other stores and would call me back with an update." It's now Friday and I've heard nothing. No sense of urgency to resolve or update me on my order. I also paid $27 for the cleaning of three items. This still hasnt been resolved. I just followed up with them after writing this review and they literally said they still have two stores to check...its been three days and they still haven't checked?!? If you want to actually have your items returned to you after they're cleaned, you probably don't want to come here.

Have always had great service and a great job done each and every time. I have been using them for many years almost every week. Never have had any issue what so ever.

I just dropped of a jacket last week for cleaning and pressing. I was very happy with the results. I recommend this site to everyone needing dry cleaning.

Clothes were not properly dry cleaned and an employee looked at my clothes and agreed. I asked for a full refund the Manager Teresa refused. I would not recommend anyone to come here

Never had anything but excellent care for my clothes Used this cleaners for many years with no problems ... Very nice staff and very helpful.
