I have been trying for two weeks to get my son in to see his doctor and with the scheduling policy I haven't been able to. I'm strongly against how they chose to handle appointments. Why punish the people that actually keep their appointments just because other's did not.

Wendy is good but that does not help when I can't get the help I need to the fact they have trainingevery other week and can't see clients then they book 2-3 months out and can not effectively help their clients.

After exhausting all my options for my son, my insurance required us to take him to health solutions before we could get a referral to Children’s Hospital in Denver. The lady who did intake and asked all the questions was wonderful, but the doctor unfortunately was not. He scolded me and made it seem like I didn’t care about my son because I took him there in April during the school year (2016). We were on our way to an appointment when we started to experience car problems (the car would turn off and not go past 25 mph) and when I explained this to the clinic they told me I would have to go to a parenting class for missing the appointment..lol so stupid. Save yourself the grief and take your children else where! They don’t care about helping children.

If you have the option of going anywhere else? Do so. Avoid at all costs. Will change meds and then you will wait 6 mons before seeing the dr again, despite calling and trying to get help. Even worse of youre on theyouth side.

My kids have gotten help here. I like their therapists. They are busy and it can be hard to get appointments but to me that is a good sign
