Haven Behavioral Family Support Center of Colorado Springs

I was fortunate enough to work at Family Support Center Autism Services recently. FSC is a positive work environment filled with supportive staff that are willing to go above and beyond to ensure a productive and safe environment for all staff and clients. From my first day at FSC until my last, I felt supported and welcomed. Questions are always encouraged, and help is always offered. Each client is treated with dignity and respect while also promoting a meaningful experience during each session. This center is a wonderful place to work, as well as an amazing place for children that are eligible for autism services.

I started working at the FSC in March and so far, it has been such a great experience! I feel extremely supported by my coworkers and supervisor! My work group is always willing to cover shifts and my supervisor is helpful and gives great feedback and tips when needed. I also feel comfortable asking questions to higher level BTs as well. I have already learned so much about ABA and built good relationship with the clients. I am excited for the future I have at the center!
