Centennial Mental Health Center

Absolutely horrific service. The scheduling of my appointment today, as well as 3 future appointments has been removed from their scheduling, "because the clinician I work with is no longer there". My appointments were not reschedule with another clinician and according to the front desk "so called" help, this is MY problem?? I left a voicemail message with the supposed director Kristi Grothe @1-308-760-3674. We shall see.... my next step, a complaint to the stateboard. Unacceptable!!!!!

The receptionists were friendly, but the other staff not so much. The woman who did my intake consistently cut me off when I was answering her questions. She made unnecessary comments on any answers I gave her that didn't make sense to her or that she had not heard of before. For some reason I came back several weeks later to see a psychiatrist. I expected to meet with a real Dr., however, they put me in an office room with a computer and told me that I would be video chatting with the Psychiatrist. I've had my fair share of psychiatrists throughout the years, and this psychiatrist had to be one of the worst. He also cut me off multiple times while I was answering his questions (many of which they had already asked me during the intake process). I don't know why the Dr. could not meet with me in person, or why the other staff had not even told me ahead of time that I would have to talk to him via video chat.

Just received a call from my wife completely in tears. She just had an appointment and was treated like a criminal and belittled by the so called "Doctor." i would advise avoiding this place unless you have absolutely no other option for mental health care.

Worst place ever all they do is treat you like a criminal I wouldn't recommend this place for any mental health services
