Henderson Propane Services

After nearly 9 years, never one problem. Always courteous. Things will and do happen, but Henderson Propane has always been good for us. As a matter of full disclosure we are customers only. Ellicott is 15 miles away but in the context of rural life, Henderson Propane is our neighbor.

Just absolutely unbelivable how poorly this company has been the last couple of years. Same excuse over and over, we only have one guy. Our trucks broke down. We were customers for almost 20 years, we ran out of propane every year for the last 3 years computer system, accounting, the last person who worked here,. Do not use this company. We have found another company that is cheaper and we will not run out of propane.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible customer service! While we were with them they have double charged my account, let us run out of propane twice even though we were on auto pay/auto fill and I called DAILY for service. When we finally had enough of their lies and excuses we moved to Apollo Propane. Now, after four months of calling they still have not picked up their tank. I would not use Henderson Propane again for propane services even if I was given it for free. DO NOT USE this company, you will regret ever dealing with them if you do! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!

first saved 150.00 on 200 gallons going with another company. then have spent so far 2 1/2 months trying to get them to pick up their tank! last time agent hung up on me! last year they delivered 200 gallons I didn't order then charged me for it, highly illegal. Right now their tank is sitting on my property with a sign saying "Henderson propane sucks"

This is possibly the most inept company that we have ever dealt with. In the last year we had service with them there were 2 occasions where we ran out of propane (in the winter) and one occasion where they charged us twice for a fill (took 2 months to fix). Since we left them 4 months ago, the tank is still sitting in our yard because "they don't have enough drivers to pick it up right now". They didn't have enough to keep our service either. Worst thing is that 3 of our friends/family have had the same experience. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Consider yourselves warned.
