HMO Home Inspections

I had to call on Kerry last minute for a home inspection. He was very professional and very reasonably priced. I did not know there was a crawl space in the home (which was brought to my attention by Kerry) and Kerry was generous enough to not charge the additional amount. I greatly appreciate his generosity and timeliness (arrived ahead of time and completed the inspection in a reasonable time frame). I highly recommend Kerry for any home inspections. Thank you Kerry!

Very thorough, prompt and a wealth of knowledge! Have used him for years! Highly recommended! Mr. Norton works very hard at coordinating a time that is most convenient to perform a thorough, full inspection, while yet allowing sufficient time to offer a personal overview with the Client AND Agent after the inspection is completed. I was very impressed with the rapid turnaround of our most recent report. Mr Kerry provided my client with a full color report, 50 + page report later the same day! This was very helpful considering we were under a time sensitive response time and a due diligence deadline. Thanks Kerry! Job well done!

I would highly recommend this home inspection conpany to anyone I know purchasing a home. They are VERY thorough with their inspection and the best part is that you will receive a detailed report staying everything that was inspected including photos and suggestions for how to repair/replace any items needing attention. Kerry Norton has a great attitude and was a joy to work with from beginning to end. Again, my up most rating goes to this company.

Kerry is magnificent! Very knowledgeable and diligent in his work. We hired Kerry to inspect our newly constructed house and he did a wonderful job. I highly recommend HMO for your home inspection!

Thank you so much Kerry. Your thorough home inspection and exemplary level of expertise has helped us identify many issues some serious with our new home construction. Everyone should have new construction homes inspected as well...if it weren't for Kerry's experience we would have been sold a a beautiful new Lemon that may have cost us tens of thousands in repairs after signing. Your services and quick report turnaround times is superior and Dennis and I truly appreciate it. We would highly recommend HMO Home Inspections to anyone!!!!
