Starmark Home Inspections

A little over a year ago Starmark Home Inspections did a very thorough job in inspecting my current home which I was hoping to purchase at the time. He provided ample photos, recommendations, and support throughout the whole process. We felt extremely safe and secure in purchasing the home. A couple weeks ago, I noticed a crack above a casing that I was concerned about. Even though it had been over a year since John had inspected the home, he came out to investigate the source of the crack. After another very thorough investigation, he was able to allay our concerns and deemed our home extremely safe and secure. He not only assisted us with the crack issue, he also helped us light our fireplace which had not been working. And.....he did all of this.....no charge! He was simply being a great guy and followed through on an inspection from a year prior. My husband and I can sleep well at night knowing our home is safe, well -built, and has been thoroughly inspected by a stand-up company, and a conscientious owner. Thanks, John!

Starmark Home Inspections are thorough, detailed and easy to understand. My clients have used their services many times and each time Starmark has gone above and beyond to help. John and Joe are wonderful inspectors. You could not have an inspector care more than Joe Tindall who went back 4 times for us, late in the evening and early in the morning, to make sure the repairs were done properly for one of the homes! And Robin provides exceptional service - always there to help with questions or scheduling needs. I highly recommend Starmark Home Inspections!

Folks at Starmark did an outstanding job inspecting my house. It was such a great experience from the time I engaged them to the time they completed the inspection that it blew my mind. Never received anything like this before from any other vendor.

So glad I went with this company to inspect my home. This is my first home and I didn’t realize how much I didn’t know about buying and maintaining a home. The woman in the office went over everything I should expect and how the inspection process worked - which was super helpful to me. She also scheduled the termite inspector to be there at the same time that her inspector would be there! I wasn’t able to be there for the entire inspection, but afterwards, Joe spent a long time going over everything that he found and explained it to me well. The office staff, plus the inspector, PLUS the inspection report, really gave me the knowledge and the confidence that I needed as a first time buyer! Every time I had a question, they had an answer. I would absolutely recommend Starmark!

The entire team at Starkmark is incredibly thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind with their new home purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
