Holiday Inn Ontario Airport

Every night my keys would not work to open my room doors. I was on the third floor and would always bring food back to the hotel and carry a bag with my work supplies. I would travel up then all have to travel back down to get my keys to work. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and after bringing it to the hotels attention nothing was done about the horrible smell. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Chip and Joanna Gaines would call this the “hairy stained room”. Pulled back comforter and the sheets had multiple hairs on them—not feeling overly confident that the linens have been changed after previous guest. Chair in corner looks like something you’d see on the curb in front of a frat house with a sign on it that says “free to a good home”—stains all over it. Ceiling had stains on it, I’m guessing from a water leak from floor above. Even our lampshade somehow managed to have a big stain on it?!! I should have known something was awry when I had to sign a sheet promising I wouldn’t throw parties. On the upside—price was good, bathroom seems clean, air conditioner works well, mattress is firm but comfortable. Downside—I’m lying in bed fully clothed, trying not to catch whatever cooties our previous tenant had. I’d request a new room, but it’s already late, and based on our stroll through the stained hallway I’ve got a feeling this room is probably the norm, not the exception.

A location that is easy to find, right off the I-10 freeway. Plenty of parking space. The lobby and spacious and they have multiple social halls available to various events.

Air conditioner made loud noises when it turned off. The toilet seat would not stay up unless you held it. Poor maintenance. Everything else was great.

The stay was good, nice decor, clean, and quiet. We came in late and the woman at reception was clearly handling a lot, but was friendly, efficient, and funny to boot. I regret that I forgot her name!
