Holiday Inn Palm Beach-Airport Conference Center

The location was great and convienient for a quick night stay before heading to the airport. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were nice and well kept. There was a wonderful restaurant in the lobby with full room service available that was prompt and professional. The only downfall was the mattress. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on a rock.

I've stayed at many hotels over the last 30 years but when I realized that the Holiday Inn on Belvedere Ave. was so close to our convention I decided that that's were we will be staying for now on. We got a good rate, great service at the restaurant, front desk and room service. Everyone really went the extra mile and that is so much appreciated. I've made a new reservation with a young man named mark who was very courteous and professional. Thank you everyone and look forward to seeing you again in July, 2018

Now that I’m able to leave a review. I will never call this hotel again. And I might leave the IHG REWARDS PROGRAM. I made a reservation online for this hotel a little over a week in advance. I called the day of check in at 11:08 am to cancel the reservation. There was no cancellation confirmation email so the person on the phone said. And I didn’t catch their name. And because of that, I was charged for the room and the billing department said if I couldn’t provide a name of the person I spoke to I wouldn’t get a refund. So my credit card was charged $267 for a room I didn’t even stay in. I’m out $267 and I’m even a service member they wouldn’t take the discount either.

Hotel is near the airport, within a mile. It is a little dated with some modern renovations. There is a restaurant on site. Has your traditional food that you would find in a diner I.e. Pizza, Hamburgers, wings etc. Front desk staff was helpful and timely with my check in. Beds are comfortable. Shower is nice. Frig inside of the room. My stay was for a business conference at the West Palm Beach County Convention Center. I would totally recommend staying at this location for business or personal.

Nice hotel. Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night, the food was really good and fairly priced. Not impressed at all with the breakfast here. I've had much better complimentary breakfast at HI Express locations. Complimentary coffee cups are small, the size of juice cups...so if you need to grab coffee and run, a cup is not going to get you very far. Disappointingas as a coffee drinker. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, varying pillows to suit different preferences.
