Residence Inn by Marriott Miami West/FL Turnpike

This stay was just okay for us. We stayed for 5 nights, 6 days and contemplated on switching hotels mid-stay. Staff was great, free breakfast was great and actually the best I've had for a hotel breakfast. We tried to make use of the pool on our off time but it was overally difficult for us. One day, there were teenagers with music playing out there so loudly we couldn't hear our own conversation, so we went back inside. The next day, a different group smoking weed by the pool, again we went back inside. Not entirely to the fault of the hotel, but should be better monitored. There were never any clean towels for the pool we always had to ask for some to be put out. When we first checked in, the staff was very accommodating letting us check in early. In which, it back fired on us that evening while we were out for a bit we received a phone call that they had gave us the incorrect room so we had to move. The next morning consisted of repacking everything we had just unpacked and moving to do it all over again. Just not the type of annoyance you would like on a vacation. Hotel was pretty clean for the most part, besides the empty 12 pack soda box that sat next to the elevator trash for 4 days before someone took care of it. The room was spacious, and very clean. We have booked the Biscayne Marriot for August when we come back and most likely won't be back here ever again, but if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel and don't mind the weed you'll be all set.

This Residence Inn is the best! The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean, very spacious and beautiful. I loved everything about our stay at this Residence Inn.

Stayed here twice now for work trips. Super comfy and clean. The staff is very helpful and they have great amenities. I feel cozy when I stay here.

The location is useful if you're here on business, like I am, but not inherently good. Staff and service has been very good.

Very very nice, a mini suite with fridge, stove, coffee maker even a dishwasher. The price was reasonable and also the free breakfast had lots of choices. I will stay here again for sure.
