Never again! Great Place to visit if you like the idea of the front desk staff propositioning your husband for sex. All he wanted to know was where the ice machine was located....Apparently, she promised to be discreet and make him a good breakfast. Absolutely disgusted.
The hotel is very basic and needs to be updated (visible mold, peeling of paint, odors) the room numbers are not in order and the staff was low class.

As a Diamond Member with Choice Hotels I've stayed around 80 nights over the past year in their hotels and this hotel is second only to a Rodeway Inn near Scranton, PA from being the worst I've stayed in.
- TV reception was terrible - who has bad reception anymore?
- Shower pressure dropped as you raised the temperature so you had to choose if you wanted a hot trickle or a lukewarm shower
- Complained that a leak somewhere was causing the carpet in front of the sink to remain wet all day but was ignored
- I had to go to the front desk after the toilet failed to flush and without missing a beat the front desk rep offered me a small trash can because maintenance had gone home and she didn't know where a plunger was. Wow...
- The AC could only cool the room in the evenings. During the day it struggled to keep the room cool.
- Finally, the straw that broke the camel's back. I travel for business so occasionally I have to have parts shipped to me. It's never been a problem at any other hotel before. This front desk rep wanted to charge me $5 to pick up my package. I about lost my mind. He had to call a manager to get the fee waived. I waived goodbye to this terrible hotel.
Never again.

Good location. Friendly service. Good shuttle from airport and to cruise ship terminal. Mind you are in air flight pattern. Good bed , linens, and tv. The carpet needs a clean though. Average breakfast.

It is located very close to the Miami International Airport. The rooms are very affordable. They provide complimentary cab service to the airport. Breakfast is also complimentary. It's an all American breakfast. WiFi is also complimentary. You can also use the pool and gym free of charge. There is a small counter at the reception area that sells small items such as pop cans, chips and cookies. The rooms are provided with a coffee machine, iron and board, cable TV, microwave and a mini refrigerator. The only thing that bothered me was that my room looked a little too old and worn out. But that is pretty much OK considering the sub-$100 charge per day. I opted for a double occupancy room. The two beds in the room were big and comfortable. They also provided basic toiletries like soap, shampoo and lotion. A hair dryer is also provided. You can drink the tap water. It's safe to do so.

Love this Holiday Inn hotel. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Hotel rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. The beds are like clouds, extremely comfy. Very clean hotel. The restaurant on the 9th floor has great food. Also the cafeteria in the lobby is also great. Has a pool, but it's winter, so we didn't get to enjoy it. Awesome experience overall!
