Hong Hua Fine Chinese Dining

Horrible service. We waited to sit down despite having reservations. After 40 minutes we finally got our soup. Waited more and had to ask where the food was. My dinner came but not my husband's. They brought 1 bowl of rice when it should have been two. We had to ask where my husband's dinner was and finally that came. My dinner was cold and the fried rice we special ordered never came. Ten more minutes went by and the fried rice finally came. The waitress, a.k.a. Dragon Lady, was rude and uncaring. She slammed the food down and never checked on us. Evidently others had similar experiences because the manager was having an argument with the people behind us. By this time we had missed our movie. The bill didn't come so we stood up to leave and waited, and waited, and waited to get it. The $1 tip we left was too much. Go there at your own risk.

Excellent and sophisticated menu and food. Food is well prepared. Kitchen has gone out of its way to satisfy vegan requirements. Service has always been prompt and friendly.

Usually the hung hao Chinese restaurant is very good very good. Lately it's been very inconsistent. I order chicken chow mein with pan fried noodles. I asked for spicy. it was not .just wasn't that good at all. nobody asked me how my meal was. I asked for spicy and there's no spice. Pan fried noodles are soggy The last time I went there it was so good this time I had plenty of leftovers to give my kids hope next time is better.

Love this place. Their Mongolian Beef and Seafood fried rice are the bomb. This place never disappoints !!

I’ve eaten here for years but the past few years have been going downhill. Tonight I ordered vegetable fried rice along with other items. The rice typically has many vegetables. No longer - plus the bathroom was very dirty.
