Jolly Plumbing

Made an appointment on Friday to have a busted water main repaired on Monday morning. Arrived on time , very friendly customer service however, they couldn't make the repair because they didn't have the equipment and couldn't come back until Wednesday. Going without water the weekend and now have to wait until Wednesday was way too long of a wait especially when they said they would fix it Monday. Disappointed. At least the service tech was courteous and professional, something you rarely see nowadays. Follow up from customer service, miscommunication probably on my part, anyway they promptly responded back to make the necessary repairs. Job was perfect. Customer service is absolutely outstanding and would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

I’ll tell you what Jolly Plumbing’s Story is...... ITS AWESOME!!! My call time was 2-4 and they were here at 1:40. That is FANTASTIC!!! These guys were friendly, polite smiling and hard working. I know that sometimes service guys get held up with problems at their previous appointments and there is nothing they can do about it. I am glad that they try to service their customers to the best of their ability as timely as possible. BUT when they can arrive early instead of 3:59.... that is a bonus for ALL involved!!! Thanks everyone at Jolly Plumbing for being a business of integrity!!

The tech did a great job on taking care of the issue. The took pride in there work you could tell they were knowlegable, cleaned up any mess and material. I am well satisfied with Jolly. I have used them in the past and they always do a great job!

Rick Taylor from Jolly came to my home to replace a busted gabage disposal and fix a slow leaking drain. Not only did he show up about 30 before his scheduled time (which was great), but he also finished within 30 total. He gave me some easy tips on maintaining my disposal and even cleared out every drain in my home. Very nice guy and great service. I'm keeping them in speed dial from here on out. Thanks!

Quick appointment, great service getting our septic pumped. Working with Jolly was a breeze, from submitting request on their website, to person who called to confirm, to tracking app showing when thech would arrive, to friendly service from our tech Damian. Thanks for your attention to the details that make it easy on customers, Jolly!
