Joe Lay & Sons was referred to me by my home warranty company back in May 2017. They drove over 50 miles to fix one of my home's sump pumps. They were very professional and friendly. When my other sump pump went out earlier this week, another (more local) company was referred to me by the same home warranty company. When I spoke to the company's receptionist, she said the earliest time they could come fix the pump was in March. Remembering how friendly Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing was, I called and spoke to Tina. She was able to arrange with my home warranty company and her plumbers to have them come out this coming Monday. Tina went out of her way to make my life easier. In the end, my husband ended up fixing the pump and saved Joe Lay & Sons the 50 mile hike up to Ohio. I would recommend this company to anyone for their friendly techs and customer service. The only downfall is that they aren't located closer to where I live.

They replaced our water heater for us. Fantastic to work with. Prompt service and explained what they were doing. Definitely will use again if needed. Left the work area cleaner than it was when they started!

Had a plumbing issue this evening that I had resolved through my home warranty company. They contacted Joe Lay to resolve the issue.
Plumber that came out was quick, courteous, and a professional. Was able to fix the issue with my upstairs bathtub. Turned out to be a broken waste trap and the line needed to be snaked.
I am beyond thankful that they were able to resolve this issue. Would highly recommend even if I had not gone through the warranty company.

The techs are super knowledgeable and were in and out pretty quickly. They walked me through everything they did and was able to show me some things to do to help prevent a clog again. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Northern Ky area!

These guys said my pipes were collapsing. Quoted $8,000 to fix. Then I called a guy I trust. He came out, said the pipes were fine and fixed my issue for $250. These guys either: A) don't know what they're doing or B) dishonest and try to sell you more than what you need. Plus, their workers left my brand new house with mud on the walls, floor and brand new carpet.
