Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Zack Wilkins (0181) was outstanding on my service call today! I have been worried about having a potential disaster on my hands with my plumbing pipes. He checked out the toilet, sink and tub and gave me sound advice and a recommendation I can live with. My service call didn't cost me anything since I did not need additional work. I appreciated the honesty and fairness. Not many service providers do that in today's world!

The first technician that came out and cleared the clog was very nice and professional. The next tech that came out to install equipment in our basement laundry room/kitchen floor could have done a better job with how he cut into the tile floor. But we do appreciate the hooking back up of our sink and washer and dryer

Called first thing in the morning they arrived on time with notification prior to arrival. Chuck was great to work with explained our issues and he and Caleb went to work. They were very careful to put on booties to make sure they were not going to bring in dirt. The were very friendly and efficient.

My service technician Zach was awesome. He was respectful, shared the procedure and the cost upfront. He fixed the problem AND helped me to do the preventive maintenance so I wouldn’t create more problems in the future. Highly recommend!
