Just Store It! - Kingsport

I've been a tenant at this Just Store It! location for more than a dozen years and highly recommend it for either your short-term or long-term storage needs. It is clean, well lighted, and easy to access no matter where your unit is located within the facility's two adjacent sections (one offers 24-hour access, the other is accessible only during business hours and when a facility employee is on duty at the front desk. The staff are wonderful and always helpful in any way they can.

A very clean, secure and well managed facility. Carts, handtrucks and other auxillary equipment readily available. Reasonably priced and well maintained. A friendly atmosphere where the staff at the front desk will go out of their way to help anyway they can. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage space.

I have used just store it several times. I can tell you from experience inside storage is better then outside.

I went through a divorce 3 years ago and needed somewhere to store my belongings while I was in the process of moving. I called and spoke with Jenn and she was great and very helpful. After 3 years of my belongings being in storage I noticed I had some water damage to some of my belongings and contacted Jenn. She then asked me if I had the protection plan and I did, she told me to go through the damaged materials and take pictures and bring them to her and Seth Kincaid and they would access the damage. I was very pleased with the timely manner they handled this. $10 extra a month for $2500 of protection. The Just Protection plan saved me from losing all of my damaged items. I didn't have to deal with anybody but Jenn and Seth which made it much easier than dealing with a third party individual.

I was living in Nashviile and was moving to Kingsport.I needed a climate controlled storage building,so i googled storage buildings in Kingsport and talked with Jennifer,can't remember her last name,but she was awesome and she was very helpful and nice. SHE also hooked me up with a Peneske truck,when i arrived to the storage building,she was there to greet me with a smile and a bottle of water :) Thanks for all you did for me Jennifer Thanks Raymond Bright
