This is a really cool state forest. The trails are well maintained and the facilities are top notch. I took the purple loop which is 6 miles. There is a variety of envionments from pine forest to marsh that you walk through and near. I highly recommend this beautiful park.

I love this place. So please stay home. The scenery is way too varied and amazing for you to handle. And the wildlife shouldn't be seen by mortal eyes.

Well maintained facilities, an insane number of hiking, backpacking and horse trails, all other manner of recreation and located a modest drive from all the population centers. This is simply an awesome park.
