Great hiking area. Not to long of a hike to get to the tower. Pretty good climb to the top though. Wonderfully constructed tower. The view which is well above the tree topsis spectacular.

Northern unit of Kettle Moraine, WI. By Long lake.The trail is a good challenge. Watch your footing. The tower/lookout is fun. Early spring clean up of forest & camp area were going on.

We did a big loop by taking a left before heading up torward the tower. We decided to reward ourselves with the amazing views at the end of the loop instead of the beginning. Catch a breeze!

Great place to visit any time of year. Trails are nice, but obviously muddy in spring time.
