KFC

I would like to discuss the events that have happened tonight at KFC. I have stopped by the drive through to get a 16 tender meal and upon telling her she proceeded to say “DAMN another one?” I assumed the order before me ordered the same thing. She then tells me to “ go to another location because she does not have anymore”! I was shocked by this response. Very unprofessional. If you do not want to work then stay out of the kitchen. We come to pay to have our food not to be told to go somewhere else. I certainly hope they can reestablish customer service. This happened on 10/6/22 from 7:30-8:00pm. I also hope the manager corrects the situation and looks into coaching the team in the right direction for success.

Waited 15 mins for "just dropped some fresh ones" and I wasnt expecting it to look like the picture but..... I think they forgot something...Food: 1/5

Took forever to order. I actually had to pull around to the drive-thru window to place my order because nobody was manning the drive-thru. Waited for about 10 minutes for my food and everything was still REALLY cold when I got it. Very disappointing!Food: 2/5

Was ok they need to lower their price a little bit there chicken is good but not good enough to pay almost 30$ for just two mealsFood: 3/5

Was treated horrible!!! Simply asked for Xtra ketchup, which I visit here twice weekly, usually get excellent service but this dude argued with me about having already gave me ketchup n ranch, when he finally gave me more, he squeezed it into my hand, ranch cup busted open in my hand!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Went here the other day for the first time instead of the other location I frequent and lets just say I’m never going back to the other one. The guy I spoke with in the drive thru, Anthony, was so polite. He and his team put out good food and service.

I'm done with KFC. I honestly don't see how the company is still open. I went through the drive thru and ordered a popcorn chicken combo. The biscuit was rock hard as usual. The popcorn chicken itself looked like it came out of the trash. It was cold greasy and dark in color. Absolutely terrible and that did it for me.

Super fast service and I also received a FREEE chicken sandwich while there by simply completing the short story at the bottom of my receipt... didn't have to come back another day.

Bad and slow service with bad attitude. Stood at empty counter for 10 min before ordering. After then 20+ min for food. Only to watch 2 other customers come back because order was incomplete. One came back twice. And was lied to about something they told me was out when I cold plainly see it. And was given to the next customer.

I would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She argued with me because I specified that I wanted the chicken verses the chicken tenders.
