Awesome food and really nice staff. It's a lot of fun to watch them flip the spatulas around. They are playful too but they keep it professional. Great food and always cooked perfectly. I am a huge fan of hibachi and I would highly recommend Kumo if you are looking for a finer version of Japanese food.

The food is incredible. And the prices are fine. But the service is very poor. In my multiple visits I have found the staff to be unprofessional and unresponsive, which is really a shame, because otherwise this is a really great place.

Very disappointed. Atmosphere was bland, our host was rude, we waited over 15 minutes just to get drinks, then another 45 minutes before they took our order & started cooking, and they did nothing for the birthday celebration we went for after I had be reassured that they DO offer services for birthdays. The food was average but we will not return.

Outstanding food and fun. Love going to this place, everyone we've taken there as loved it. Best in Kzoo,
