Long John Silver's

I went into the S location around 2:30 pm. When I parked there was no car at the order box, but when I walked in there was a car at the window. The cook was coating fish and chicken with breading and dropping it in the fry basket w/o any gloves on. The employee at the window was leaning on/lounging at the window and talking to the male in the car. I know that they were not talking about food/an order. The guy had to tell her that I was at the counter. Nobody had greeted me until the guy the girl was talking to asked the cook to get the counter. He had already seen me when he left the fryer to wash his hands. He only greeted me when he took my order. The girl continued talking at the drive up window.

We were there later in the afternoon my wife and I and we had a very nice lunch and the service was excellent of course and place was clean and people that work there were very friendly I enjoyed that I hadn't been there for quite some time making me hungry just thinking about it again.

The first time when I was here the food was fine. With this restaurant is a hit and miss. The second time OMG the batter was verrrry salty and the proteins (fish and shrimps) were salty as well. Green beans and onion rings were also salty. Not edible. I’m afraid to come back. Change it ASAP.

Love the fish and hush puppies, someone's the fish is a bit greasy though. The cinapups are great, get 10 of them.

When we come to lincoln (live in smaller town) we love to eat here, I ordered the fish and chicken basket, and added a 3 piece shrimp, (add on for 1.99), the prices are higher than other fast food places but they serve seafood, not burgers. So I feel the prices are fair, they brought our food to our table when ready and it all was delicious! The restroom was clean and stocked.
