Red Lobster

Quality of food is inconsistent. I visit quite often because I love their lobster pizza, biscuits, and daiquiris. However, the establishment could use some renovating. Doesn't feel very inviting and its dark and dank. The servers are hit or miss. Sometimes I've gone and I get a server that checks on us every 10 minutes and other times I get one that I have to literally ask where is she?

Had a wonderful meal. It was my birthday so we we're celebrating. So I am stuffed. Great atmosphere great service great food. Had a wonderful waitress named Joi in Lincoln.

Didn't have to wait too long for a table and our wait staff was wonderful. Food wasn't the warmest when it came out. But it still tasted wonderful so no reason to complain!

Tori W. was my Server, and she is by far the best Server I have come across in my regular travels throughout Nebraska & Iowa!!! The food was great as well, but that alone doesn't define a place or make it Great. The people do! Tori went above and beyond for me to make me feel at home. By the way, she was at the end of her shift when I came in, and she treated me like the first Guest of the day! I was the only one in the restaurant near closing time, but that made no difference to her. She had a Great attitude and was genuine! So refreshing to cross paths with someone who takes real pride in their work! Outstanding job Tori! I would highly recommend this Red Lobster, just sit in Tori's section ; ) You can tell how a place is managed by the culture of it, kudos to the management for doing it right! I am in a people business myself, and the "Tori's" of the world are hard to find! I will most definitely be back! Making an impact on someone's life just takes moments, but the impact is remembered for a lifetime! Thanks again, Tori!

We went on a friday night at 5:00. Surprised at how busy they were. We still only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The service was great, delicious food with good size portions and reasonable prices. We will definitely be going back.
