We just moved into our new Mandalay home in the Phoenix area and are so pleased with how everything turned out! The floor plan and natural lighting in each room is great. Our final project manager, Mike, was AMAZING! His attention to detail is unbelievable, and we felt confident whenever an issue did come up knowing that he was in our corner. I wish someone had gone over all the add-on options more thoroughly at the beginning, but in terms of the overall construction, we are very happy. Thanks again, Mike for helping this process go so smoothly!

I have no experience with this company, and I don't personally know anyone who works here. However, it would appear they hire incredibly kind and sweet employees.

These guys are the best! They probably make the most efficient homes an the market today. I wouldn't buy a new home from anyone else! Well done guys!

I thought i was just sell my home built by mike and david with mandalay homes. well i cant because there are two many major repairs left from them that still needs to be fixed. my message to the post who had mike build his home, did they show you all the expenses on what they purchased, did you look and see what they made off you, I really hope they built your home right and did not pocket too much. I dont know how to fix this i am crippled on S/S and dont have money to fix these big repairs, He told me at the start i would receive $10,000 left from my insurance, Im still waiting for it.

We purchased a Mandalay Home in Pronghorn Ranch in November of 2015. It was built in 2005, and is the Manzanita plan. We could not be happier with our home. It is extremely well built, has a beautiful flow, and our eleven year old house has many features that are add-on features to newly built homes today. Very pleased that we chose this home, by this builder.
