Mary Gran Nursing Center

This is the last resort option that anybody should use to put their family member in nursing care. My mother has been sick ever since she came to this facility. Nurses have not called doctors like they said they would, doctor has not called or fax and returned calls to nurses in a timely manner. Medicine is not retrieve from Pharmacy in a timely manner. once it took up to 10 days and my mother's medicine still had not been given to her and I had to bring it to their attention again before they realized their error and finally ordered her medicine. I am constantly having to check what they're doing and making sure they're taking care of my mother. Some staff are polite but way too many are rude and condescending. Housekeeping is a joke. Overall this facility is severely lacking in many areas. I am currently in the process of getting my mother transferred out. I don't feel that they are able to provide the care she deserves. I feel sorry for the residents here that do not have anyone to advocate for them

My children's dad has been a resident at Mary Gran Nursing Center for two years. He has received excellent care from everyone he has encountered. Thank you, staff of this facility, for your compassionate care. God bless you all.

Mary Gran has wonderful staff members that take caring with excellence to a new level! Always available to discuss any concerns and supportive to the patient and family. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My Grandmother is currently a resident at Mary Gran Nursing Center. The staff are very attentive to her needs and show genuine care for her well being. I would recommend Mary Gran Nursing Center to other relatives and friends.

Untrained staff,rude workers, bad service. The rehabilitation is a joke. We will never take my mother anywhere near this place again.Medicare should investigate them.
